Bid Synopsis: The Department seeks a qualified Vendor to conduct Management Performance Reviews (MPRs) for 14 urban and/or rural public transit systems. Wisconsin has approximately 75 urban and rural public transit systems, approximately 30 of which provide fixed route bus service. For each MPR, the Supplier will analyze the subject transit agency's existing functional units and management structure, along with the process used by local officials to oversee the agency; compare the transit system’s performance with those of in-state and nationwide peer systems; identify opportunities for improving management practices, operational unit functions and system performance; and make corresponding recommendations.
