QTY: 3,600 Size: 13”w x 7”h Ink: CMYK + Spot UV Coating both sides (5/5) with bleeds Paper: 24 pt C2S Finishing: Die Cut (1/4" rounded corners) Package: Bundles of 50 (or 100) shrink wrapped; Each Box not to weigh more than 40 lbs. See sample artwork attached Vendor will create 2 hard copy proofs; Overnight or hand deliver 1 Proof of each project to: WI Lottery, Attn: Kim Welsch, 917 Parkwood Lane, Jefferson, WI 53549; keep 1 proof of each project with vendor so Lottery will not need to send proof approval back to vendor.
