81626Y0736-Admin HTN- Blood Pressure Kiosks

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) intends to enter into negotiations for a five (5) year agreement with PharmaSmart International LLC. to procure clinically validated PS2000c Blood Pressure Kiosks, Blood Pressure Management Smart Cards, Thermal Paper Rolls, including onsite maintenance and set up for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, which will be utilized by New York City residents outside of the clinical environment through the placement of free stationary blood pressure monitoring kiosks (BP Kiosk) in pharmacies in certain areas in the city.

PharmaSmart International LLC is the sole source manufacturer, distributer and maintenance provider for all PharmaSmart brand blood pressure Kiosks, which are compliant with the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards. There are no other manufacturers for these products and it’s the only organization authorized to sell, service and provide data/usage reporting for all ParmaSmart brand blood pressure kiosks. Therefore, DOHMH determined that PharmaSmart International LLC is the sole source provider for these goods and services.

Vendors who believe they can legally provide the required goods and services are invited to submit an Expression of Interest directly to this RFI in PassPort - EPIN 81626Y0736, which is due on 9/25/2025 by 2:00PM.
