Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The project involves reroofing work at the DMA - National Guard Armory in Brandenburg, KY. The existing approximately 18,500 square foot roof to be removed is a two-ply modified bitumen roof on metal deck. The new roof system is a Two-Ply SBS Modified Bitumen in cold adhesive over cover board over rigid board insulation system. The first layer of insulation will be mechanically fastened. Additional layers and coverboard will be set in two part foam adhesive. All existing prefinished metal coping caps, roof drains, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations will be removed and replaced with new components. Existing roof gutters, downspouts, and scupper collector heads are to remain in place. The project also includes installation of a new roof hatch and a wall-mounted access ladder
