The City of Waco (the “City”) is soliciting professional design servicesfor the design and construction of a new Crime Scene Lab and Property RoomFacility to be located near the existing Police Tower at 3115 Pine Ave, Waco,TX 76708. The facility will support law enforcement operations related toevidence processing, secure storage, and investigative activities. The designmust comply with all applicable City, State, and Federal regulations and meetthe functional requirements of a modern crime scene laboratory and policeproperty facility.
