Advertisment for Re-Bids- Jordan Hall HVAC Renovations

Sealed proposals from pre-qualified bidders only will be received until 3:00 PM on September 18, 2025, at NC State University in the Administrative Services III Building, 2601 Wolf Village Way, Conference Room 301, Raleigh, NC, for the Jordan Hall HVAC Renovations.

Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be made available upon request to bidding prime contractors in electronic format through electronic mail. There will be no deposit required for the electronic files provided to the bidders. If the bidding contractor requires hard copies of the plans, specifications, and contract documents, these can be obtained with a plan deposit of $100 (One hundred dollars) from Engineered Designs Inc ( jquiocho@engineereddesigns.com ), 919.307.4844

The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
