Solicitation Description:

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MD Anderson) is currently seeking a qualified contractor to perform Pressure Washing and Power Sweeping Services.

MD Anderson currently owns and manages six (6) parking garages totaling 3,320,409 sq. ft. with 8,537 parking spaces in the vicinity of the Texas Medical Center, Houston, Texas. The Contractor shall provide labor, material, equipment, supervision, services, and items specified in this Scope of Work for the Pressure Washing and Power Sweeping at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Parking Operations
