Project Description: The City of Johnstown will accept separate and sealed bids for the Central Park Improvements Project until July 16th, 2025 at 1:00 PM, at which time they will shall be opened online and publicly and posted via PennBid.
Contract Documents may be examined and reviewed on the PennBid (www.pennbid.net) website. Contract Documents may be obtained by bidding contractors at no cost from the PennBid website (www.PennBid.net).
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM in City Hall with a site visit following.
Sealed bids are requested for a single prime General Construction Contract. This is a Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage project.
The City of Johnstown reserves the right to waive irregularities or minor informalities in the Bids, and to reject any or all Bids.
