CITY NEWSLETTER PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES

The City of North Miami Beach, Florida (“City”) is soliciting bids from highly qualified firms for City Newsletter Printing & Mailing Services. It is a publication for residents and visitors about City initiatives, programs, projects, post event highlights and upcoming events. The newsletter also incorporates special messages from the City Manager, Mayor and Commissioners regarding important news and updates. The work consists of printing and mailing by furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform and maintain the work as described in the scope of services.

Bids shall be considered only from firms that have been continuously engaged in providing printing & mailing services similar to those specified herein for a reasonable period and that are presently engaged in the provision of these services. Contract will be awarded only to responsible and responsive Bidder qualified by experience to do the work specified.
