Project Description: The work includes expanding and constructing a new rental car overflow storage area by recycling the existing pavement and base course through full depth reclamation (FDR) and installing asphalt millings to create a uniform overflow storage surface. The reclaimed material will be used to extend the storage area into the adjacent unpaved areas. The project includes demolition of existing fencing and installation of new interior fencing to create four separate rental car storage zones, followed by the installation of new perimeter fencing to secure the overall storage area. Additional work includes upsizing the existing onsite detention pond and installing a new outlet structure for storm water control. The project also includes electrical work including installation of new overhead light poles. A new section of water line and a fire hydrant will also be installed within the rental car overflow storage area.
