Overview
The contracting organization shall provide all of the following
services:

Contractor shall build out and program specific scenario use
cases into the hardware/software prior to delivery for Aurora
Police Department radio frequency survey capability.

Contractor shall provide 24/7 technical support and
investigative support to include but not limited to cell tower
coverage mapping review and case review involving drive
test scans.

Contractor shall provide Expert Witness consultation for
cellular signal identification and geolocating. This does not
include court testimony. Contractor shall provide support
when required to assist in the field of geolocation as it
pertains to cellular data.

Contractor shall provide in person training specific to drive
test equipment and data processing and the use of the data
as it pertains to cellular investigations.

Drive test equipment must have the ability to scan all cellular
formats (i.e. 5G FR1, LTE, CDMA, UMTS, GSM etc.) for all
US based cellular providers simultaneously.

Drive test equipment must be able to auto configure to
known cellular bands operating in the United States without
end user input.

Drive test data must be able to communicate, upload, and
export without manipulation into the TraX Scan Suite. Drive
Test data must also be able to be used stand alone without
any other mapping software.

Drive test equipment and user interface must be
configurable (open platform) to operate in conjunction with
other systems required to perform cellular analysis tasks
allowing the end user to accomplish a common operating
picture (COP) between multiple systems.

Drive test equipment must be able to decrypt overhead
tower information in a manner that allows the end user to
identify misconfigured base stations. When a misconfigured
base station is identified, an audible and visual alert shall be
displayed through the user interface.
This project relates to the use of a Drive Test Scanner in a Law Enforcement Setting. Equipment, Services, and training must be included in project cost and quote.
