Project Description: Online sealed bids will be received by the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority via
the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on the 4th day of September, 2025 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read for:
Emergency Equipment Repairs - 2025

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of TEN percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids, in the best interest of the Authority.
