Description:

The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and (insert Contractor's Name) hereafter referred to as Contractor agree to provide 5-gallon bottles of drinking water and water dispensing stations at DIR offices. The Contractor shall provide water dispensing stations and provide 5-gallon bottles of water as needed each month at each location and collect empty 5-gallon bottles when delivering full bottles of water.

The contract term shall be for twenty-four (24) months.
