Project Description: The Venango Conservation District has opened for bid the Animal Heavy Use Area & Manure Storage project including excavation and construction that meets USDA NRCS standards and design. Proposals must be submitted via PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com on forms furnished in the bid package. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount made payable to the Venango Conservation District. Bids are due October 1, 2025 by 3:00pm. Please contact the Venango Conservation District office at 814-676-2832 for any questions. The Venango Conservation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
