Project Description: The City of Burleson (City) is requesting Proposals with the intent of awarding a contract for an employee benefits consulting & brokerage company to perform the full range of services related to the design, marketing, maintenance and improvement of the City’s self-funded employee benefits program for all employee and retiree benefit coverages including but not limited to, life insurance, AD&D, medical, dental, vision, disability/accident, pharmacy plan, medical stop loss, third party-administration for self-funded plans and COBRA, employee assistance plans, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and other voluntary benefit programs.
