Project Description: This contract provides for required annual and semi-annual inspections, certifications and service for installed fire alarm and fire sprinkler/suppression systems. Information is also sought about labor costs to perform necessary and normal maintenance and required repairs and new installation of required replacements performed by the successful bidder for fire alarm and fire sprinkler/suppression systems listed in Attachments A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H in City of Vancouver owned or managed facilities and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The City intends to award one Contract for a period of five (5) years.
Engineer's Estimate - $150,000/year
