Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the Lemoyne Borough Council, Cumberland County, will accept sealed bids for municipal solid waste collection, transportation and disposal services and recycling collection, transportation and processing services from dwelling units and small business units with the Borough beginning January 1, 2026.
Bids will be opening on September 3, 2025 and will be accepted via the PennBID/Bonfire website (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025. Questions must be submitted through the PennBid website by 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2025.
Specifications are available online at no charge via www.PennBid.net. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid.
Lemoyne Borough Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the municipality.
