Commercial Insurance and Broker of Record

Project Description: The City currently carries an “All Risk” Property, Boiler and Machinery, Fine Arts, Commercial Crime, and Aviation insurance program along with lower-limit liabilities polices for its Skating Rink, Leased Parking Garage, Homeowners Association and Broadcaster’s Professional Liability. The City is interested in a program that will provide the broadest coverage at the most competitive price available for the placement of the above-mentioned coverages including Cyber Liability insurance coverage and lower-limit liability, excess or surplus policies as needed. Ideally, the Insurance Broker contract would be a three-year rate guarantee with two (2) one-year renewal options.
