Contracting Office Address: Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command, NAVAIR HQ, Building 2272, 47123 Buse Road, IPT Building, Room #535, Patuxent River, MD 20670 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee Purchase Order (PO) for six (6) months of technical support services related to Individual Aircraft Tracking System (IATS) software installation and troubleshooting, operational guidance, and provide configuration updates under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901(a)(1), Simplified Acquisition Procedures as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. The PO will be issued on a sole source basis to The Boeing Company, 6001 S Air Depot Blvd , Oklahoma City OK (CAGE 1N929) under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that has the ability and resources necessary to fulfill the requirements herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which may be considered by the agency within two (2) days from the date of this posting. A determination by the Government to not complete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
