CANCELLATION OF SOLICITATION

Cancellation Description: Subsequent to the issuance of RFP M0068125R0002, the scope of the requirement has expanded to include services for a fourth fire department location. This addition represents a substantial change to the original scope, exceeding what prospective offerors reasonably could have anticipated at the time of proposal submission. Cancelling the initial RFP and issuing a new one is necessary to ensure fair competition and allow all interested vendors the opportunity to propose on the complete requirement. The new RFP will clearly articulate the expanded scope, including all four fire department customer locations and associated requirements as well as the acquisition strategy.
