Solicitation Description:

The purpose of this procurement is to acquire IBM Power System hardware for virtualized environments under an annual subscription model. The annual maintenance plan shall provide 24x7x365 technical support for all hardware components, including hardware security certificates, maintenance upgrades, and replacement of any defective hardware during the coverage period. All hardware must be brand new, sourced directly from IBM or an authorized IBM reseller, and include uninterrupted access to technical support to minimize the risk of severe business disruptions.
