Purchase of X-Ray Vault

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 and Part 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825QK0000011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334517. The small business size standard is 1,200 employees. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the following items:

Quantity: One (1) Each

Required Delivery Date: 20 weeks after receipt of order

Line Item 2 – Delivery, Installation and Start Up the X-Ray Exposure Room Per the Statement of Work

Line Item 3 – Certification of the X-Ray Exposure Room Per the Statement of Work

Line Item 4 - Onsite Training Per the Statement of Work

Site Visits: As part of the solicitation process, interested parties may schedule a site visit to the Aviation Logistics Center, 1060 Consolidated Rd, HMF2 C27 Prop Shop in Elizabeth City, NC 27909 from 10 March 2025 – 14 March 2025.

The ending date for bidder’s questions is 18 March 2025. The closing date and time for receipt of offers is 21 March 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
