Source selection will be based on Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).
Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
Condenser: condenser water-cooled (heat dissipated into source of water), includes condenser water regulation valve, source water inlet temperature below +75degreeF with max pressure, 100 psi and differential pressure between 25 & 50 psi
Electrical: 208-230V, 3ph, 60Hz
Dimensions: 39”W x 39”D x 70”H.
PLC temperature controller with alarm descriptions and logging
Continuous run refrigeration for close temperature control
Hermetically sealed compressor
High supply water temperature system cut out
Regenerative turbine pump with robust seal and bypass relief valve
Integrated fluid tank (non-pressurized) with fluid level switch
Factory tested under full load
Hard process dependency: The SVTA MBE requires a dedicated, tightly controlled process-cooling loop to maintain component temperatures and meet interlock permissives. The specified Haskris unit delivers approximately 20 kW at 60 °F, ≥9.25 GPM, ≥70 psig (100 psig max), with 208 V, 3-phase power at the new location.
