In detail, the scope includes:
• Design for earthwork, embankment and sitework.
• Design for cell enlargement or addition.
• Design for liners and tie-in to existing infrastructure.
• Design for incidentals, such as drainage outlets, fencing, piping, manholes, vaults, ditching,
access roads, etc.
• Design for future allowance for a septic receiving station.
• Environmental permitting.
• Tendering for construction services.
• Construction phase activities.
• As-built drawings.
• Warranty inspection.
Land acquisition is excluded.
The project needs to be tender-ready by December 1, 2026 for construction in 2027.
