Description
.1 Replace all existing pneumatic HVAC control devices with digital devices, to be connected to existing BMS system. Devices include thermostats, radiator control valves, VAV damper controls, exhaust fan controls, boiler and pump controls, air handling system controls.
.2 Supply and installation of new conduit, wire and control devices for existing BMCS system. Installation and testing to be completed by contractor and control subcontractor under cash allowance as per drawings and specifications; programming of BMCS by control subcontractor.
.3 Supply and installation of new BMCS system. New system is to replace existing Reliable RCStudio2.0 with most recent compatible system.
.4 Demolition of existing pneumatic compressor.
