2025 - General Services - RFB-GS2025-002 Lueders Park Renovation Project Packet

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Compton is accepting written BIDS (“BIDS”), on a competitive basis, from qualified contractors (“Respondents”) to award a construction services contract to renovate the restrooms, showers, ADA needs, office space, interior and exterior paint. This project includes furnishing all labor and materials needed to complete the renovations and repairs.
This RFB will post on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 and March 26, 2025 in the Compton Bulletin, on the City of Compton’s Website, and on Planet Bids.  There will be a mandatory pre-Proposal conference and job walk held at Lueders Park gymnasium on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for all interested respondents. All candidates are advised to arrive early in order to secure a parking space. A site visit will follow the conference.
Bid documents containing the full scope of work may be obtained from the General Services Department at the address referenced below. There is no cost for the RFP copies.

Sealed Bids will be accepted until the due date: Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. and will be received in the Office of the City Clerk.
