Amendment 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

FA468626QS019 is issued as an RFQ.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.

(ii). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.

(iii). The 9th Maintenance Squadron (MXS) at Beale Air Force Base (BAFB) requires bi-annual servicing and corrective repairs as needed of two (2) Automated Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (ACT) Model Super 4X parts washer system. This system is essential for cleaning critical aircraft wheels and brake components. Properly cleaned and maintained hardware is critical for ensuring the safe operation of aircraft landing gear and directly impacts mission capability and flight safety.

(iv). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Deliveries or Performance Schedules. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Period of Performance: 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027.

(v). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included is identified in Attachment 1.

(vi). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

(vii). There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) necessary for this acquisition.
