Solicitation Description:

The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) requestsinformation regarding ranching investment, development, design, construction,and/or property management services. TheGLO plans to post a Request for Proposals (RFP) in May 2025 seeking proposalsfrom firms with the ability to provide GLO with an investment and developmentplan, using best practices in the industry and containing accurate costestimates, to create revenue-generating opportunities for the Brewster Ranchproperty located in Brewster County, Texas, including but not limited tocommercial hunting, wildlife management, rangeland restoration, livestockgrazing, CO2 sequestration, and ecotourism (the “Brewster Ranch Plan”).
