The solicitation is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
The Government requires the installation of a next generation ceiling mounted beam forming microphone with digital signal processing to facilitate clear communication between video teleconferencing participants and the primary facility participants from anywhere in the room. The installation will be for 2x separate locations (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska and Eielson AFB, Alaska) and 3x rooms in total. Delivered and to be demonstrated on site with functional tests for Display and Control box. Security testing, video test, color test, resolution test, input switching and automation integration testing. Also included will be functional software GUI acceptance and review and installation schematics/cut sheets must be provided. The equipment will be in a special access program facility (SAP-F) and will have strict equipment requirements. Must not be network or wireless capable and must be compliant with DoD Manual 5205.07 vol 1, DoD Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), ICD 705, and be TAA compliant. The equipment will have to be approved by the facility government special access program security officer (GSSO) and information special access program security officer (ISSO) prior to purchase and bringing into the facility. Work must be done by U.S. citizens.
