This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This RFI is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) with Home Confinement (HC) services for male and female offenders located within one of the following Ohio counties: Trumbull, Portage, Stark, Mahoning, and Columbiana. Home Confinement radius: 150 miles.
