The City of Scotts Valley is requesting proposals for the development of a Wastewater Master Plan to assess the existing wastewater treatment and collection facilities and identify required improvements to optimize the operations of the Water Reclamation Facility and collection system. The City is seeking to contract with an engineering firm or team specializing in wastewater engineering, master planning, and hydraulic modeling in the development of a comprehensive Wastewater Master Plan.
