The City of Bryant is seeking qualified IT professionals or firms to provide comprehensive network monitoring services for multiple city facilities. This RFQ is intended to establish a three-year contract (with possible annual renewals) to ensure reliable, secure, and proactive management of the city’s technology infrastructure.
Interested firms should demonstrate proven experience with network monitoring, workstation and server support, antivirus administration, mobile device management, and help desk services. Special attention will be given to firms with past performance in municipal or high-security environments and those that meet CJIS compliance standards.
