TO THE
CITY OF REDDING, CALIFORNIA
(Bid Schedule 5661)
In accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Redding, sealed bids will be received
by the City Clerks 3rd Floor Office at City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California 96001-2718,
until 3:00 p.m. PT, Monday, December 1, 2025, for providing street striping and pavement marking
services to the City of Redding, per the bid specifications and general conditions.
BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME AND DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED.
The said bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. PT, on Monday, December 1, 2025, in the designated City
Hall Conference Room as posted in the main lobby of City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding,
California.
All bids must be submitted on standard bid forms provided by the City of Redding. The bidder shall
provide the original (unbound) and one (1) copy of the bid proposal. Fax or electronic submission
of bid proposals will not be allowed. The City will award any resulting contract in a manner consistent
with the City purchasing ordinance.
The cut-off date and time for receiving questions regarding this bid is 5:00 p.m. PT, on Monday,
November 17, 2025. All inquiries must be made in writing and may be submitted to the email address
shown below.

the responsibility of the potential bidder to advise the assigned City of Redding

correspondence related to this solicitation will be sent to the potential bidder. When
contacting the Purchasing Division, the bidder shall provide the solicitation number
located on the cover page of this document. Transmittal of this information must be in

The prices quoted herein are firm, and are not subject to change. The City reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
It is agreed that the services to be performed under this proposal will be completed on an as-needed
basis for the contract period January 1, 2026, or date of award through December 31, 2026. If
mutually agreeable, with all prices, terms, and conditions remaining the same, the contract may be
extended annually for two additional years, through December 31, 2028.
The Bidder shall submit a written Quality Control Program and a Lead Compliance Plan
with his bid, per bid specifications.
The Bidder hereby acknowledges that Addenda Nos._____, _____, _____, to this Bid have been

failure to acknowledge any addenda issued may cause the bid to be considered non-responsive.

include full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and
incidentals and for completing all work involved in removing thermoplastic pavement
marking, including complying with all requirements of this special provision, traffic
control, clean up, air pollution control, and mobilization, as directed by the Public Works
Supervisor.
