CITY OF COOLIDGE REQUEST FOR BIDS

HOOVER BUILDING BLOCK WALL

1326 W. INDUSTRIAL DR.

The City of Coolidge is seeking competitive sealed bids for the extension of a block wall at 1326 W. Industrial Dr. (Hoover Building)

Bids shall be submitted to the City designees listed below and shall be in the actual possession of the City’s designees on or prior to the exact date and time indicated below. Late Bids will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted via email or delivered in a sealed package with “Hoover Building Block Wall” and the Offeror’s name and address clearly indicated on the front of the package. All proposals shall be completed in ink or typewritten. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Bids.

Bids will be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, 130 West Central Avenue on or before 2:00 p.m. October 1 st , 2025 or emailed to Norma Ortiz. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. A complete copy of the Request for Proposal can be obtained from the City of Coolidge, 130 W. central Avenue, Coolidge, Arizona, 85128, or by calling (520) 723-5361.

The City of Coolidge reserves the right to accept the lowest proposal; consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; or to waive irregularities or information within any proposal. Proposals received after the specified time of opening will be returned unopened.
