Liquid Nitrogen Dosing System
ORNL is requesting a quote for the same or domestic equivalent of a Liquid Nitrogen Dosing System with the following specs:
• Source grating G0 and analyzer grating G2:
– Period p0 = 20 um
– Height h0 = 20 um
– Duty cycle: 0.55
– Grating area 90 mm diameter on a 100 mm diameter quartz wafer
• Phase grating G1:
– Period p0 = 20 um
– Height h0 = 66 um ( pi shift)
– Duty cycle: 0.50
– Grating area 90 mm diameter on a 100 mm diameter silicon wafer
