Sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted at the City of Acworth, Office of the City Clerk, located at 4415 Center Street, Acworth, GA, 30101, no later than 2:30 p.m., on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at which time said sealed SOQ’s will be publicly opened and read aloud. SOQ’s are being received for the:

McCray House, Relocation, Renovation and Improvements Pre-Construction and Construction Manager At-Risk Services Contract

All bidders must comply with all general and special instructions. SOQ’s must be delivered to the above listed address no later than the time and date indicated. All information pertaining to bid number, bid description, bidder and opening date must be listed on the sealed envelope. The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City.

Procurement shall be in compliance with the Procurement Standards 2 CFR Ch. II §200.317-328. Potential contractors and subcontractors must not be parties listed on the governmentwide exclusions in the System for Award Management in accordance with 2 CFR 18o which implements Executive Orders 12549 and12689 “Debarment and Suspension.” Neither the United States nor any of its departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party of any contract awarded pursuant to this invitation to bid.
