The Accomack-Northampton Planning District Commission (A-NPDC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional, technical, and staff augmentation tasks for the updating of the Eastern Shore Groundwater Management Plan. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (âRFPâ) and the resulting contract is to obtain services from a qualified firm(s) to provide professional services for the Accomack-Northampton Planning District Commission on an if-and-when needed basis in accordance with the Scope of Services Section of the solicitation.
