The project consists of excavation to original liner depth, furnishing and installing a new liner, sand drainage layer with geotextile layer and topsoil followed by seeding. Connect to existing drainpipe and extend to new liner limits and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications.
