RFP 18-721-25 – Fee Study for Food Safety & Sanitation Program Operations

The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Environmental Health, is soliciting proposals for assistance with preparing a fee study to propose revised fees for its Food Safety and Sanitation Program operations per AS 37.10.052.

Deadline for receipt of proposals: No later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT) on February 28, 2025 , as indicated by email time stamp. Late proposals will not be considered.

The length of the contract: From the date of award, approximately the week of March 17, 2025 , for five (5) months until completion on July 31, 2025.
