Slides and Ice/Snow for City of Irving's Frost Fest Event

It is the intent of these specifications to secure professional services to provide, deliver, and operate snow slides, a snow play area, and ice required to create artificial snow for all related activities at the Levy Event Plaza for the City of Irving’s annual Frost Fest event.

Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued
