Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Project Site, 1402 Howard Ave. in the City of Des Plaines, IL 60018, to review the scope of the work and the project specifications.
