Construction of a New and Renovation of an Existing Restroom Building - Noonday Park

Cobb County ("county" or "Owner") is issuing this solicitation for the Construction of a New and Renovation of Existing Restroom Building at Noonday Park. Submissions shall be received before 12:00pm on Thursday June 11, 2026 via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, etc. pursuant to the scope of work, specifications, plans, conditions, and addenda for the construction of a restroom facility and the renovation of an existing restroom facility at Noonday Park.

In July of 2020, the residents of Cobb County Georgia voted to implement a Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax herein referred to as the 2022 SPLOST. The 2022 SPLOST is intended to address the immediate needs of PARKS, Transportation, Libraries, Senior Services, Technology, and Public Safety that affect the future of Cobb County. The collection of the 2022 SPLOST began on January 1, 2022, and will continue through December 31, 2027.
