Project Description: The City of West Jordan (“City”) on behalf of the Public Services Department (“Owner”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of four irrigation systems and the planting of trees within existing hardscape areas, as described in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
The project includes four distinct areas along 4800 West:
• Area A1: 8730 South to 8620 South (west side only)
• Area A2: 8620 South to 8580 South (both east and west sides)
• Area A3: 8580 South to 8490 South (east side only)
• Area A4: 8490 South to 8430 South (east side only)
The City reserves the right to reduce the scope of work based on available budget.
