Professional Services -Non Attest Services

Project Description: The Texas Department of Transportation is requesting proposals from licensed Professional Accounting firms to provide accounting services.
The accounting services are to be performed in accordance with accounting standards generally accepted in the United States of America (“generally accepted accounting principles”) as prescribed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and the standards applicable to non-attest accounting services including: financial counsel, advisory services, implementation services, transactions services, vendor financial review, and other support services.
