The proposed improvements shall include the complete removal and replacement of the concrete pavement, resizing and reducing the island located within the cul-de-sac to improve circulation, repairing and adjusting all casting lids, and installing subsurface drainage enhancements to improve groundwater management and extend the service life of the new pavement. |
