Sealed bids, including the supply of the necessary labor and equipment for constructing improvements to the Electric Distribution System for the Town of Huntersville, North Carolina, (hereinafter called the “Owner”) will be received on or before 2:00 p.m., EST, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, in the Conference Room of ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., 11316 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered.

Bids and all supporting documents required to be attached thereto must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Mr. Kevin Josupait, ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., 11316 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078. The name and address of the Bidder, and the date and hour of the opening of bids must appear on the envelope in which the bid is submitted. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations, etc. and those attached to and made a part of the proposals.

The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract.
