Description

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (AQD), intends to issue a sole-source award to Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Inc. for one PromethION 2 Integrated (P2i) long-read sequencing platform, including installation, calibration, training, and standard warranty support. The P2i integrates onboard CPU/GPU acceleration for real-time sequencing control, Dorado base calling, modified base detection, demultiplexing, and downstream analysis, and is fully compatible with existing PromethION flow cells and validated CCR workflows.
