The City of Doral is soliciting Bids for the NO VALUE
Scope of work:
- Remove the existing roof system down to the wood deck
- Preliminary fasten 1/4" tapered insulation system for positive drainage
- Mechanically fasten GAF Everguard 60 mil single-ply TPO adhered with GAF 1121 adhesive to tapered insulation
- Mechanically fasten 3x3 galvanized eave drips
- Install Everguard HW 6" cover strip on eave metals to TPO membrane
- Install GAF water-block between TPO membrane and parapet wall
- Install termination bar and stucco stop as per Florida building codes specifications
- Robotically heat weld all laps with a minimum of 1.75"
- Install TPO boots on all penetrations
- Fabricate and install pitch pockets on all irregular penetrations using TPO coated galvanized metals
- Fill all pitch pockets with single part pourable sealer
- Heat weld t-patches over all t-joints
- apply sealant to all cut edges
- three sheets of plywood included
- removal of roofing debris from premises
