TO BIDDERS AND PLAN HOLDERS ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT: PLEASE NOTE CONTENTS HEREIN AND INCLUDE, SIGNED, WITH YOUR BID SUBMISSION.

It will be required that this addendum be signed in acknowledgment of receipt and that it be included with your Bid when same is submitted to Logan Lee-Marple, Contracts Specialist, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Blvd., MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000. Failure to do so may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.

The following statements supersede & supplement the corresponding items in the specifications & drawings:

1. Question: Could you please clarify what Note N5 should say?

Answer: The note should read as follows:

"Remove existing roll-down door along with all associated attachment devices and tracks.  Infill opening as shown in detail 6/A301.  EIFS to match adjacent concrete wall color.  Paint interior to match adjacent wall.  See Sheet A501 for additional EIFS details.  See A201 and Mechanical drawings for new louver location and duct penetration."

In all other respects, the contract documents of which this is an Addendum, and attachments relative thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
