a private non-profit community development corporation,
is seeking hourly rate quotes from licensed and qualified contractors for the provision of providing residential mold remediation contracting services which include the containment, air filtration, demolition, remediation, sanitation, reconstruction/rehabilitation services to properly abate and restore mold affected areas within ACDS owned rental units, acquisition/rehabilitation projects, new construction properties and/or other ACDS residential projects. ACDS operates and manages a residential rental portfolio of approximately 100 units throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
